Thursday, August 1, 2013 - What a nice, simple table wine for not a ton of money. Interesting grapes--Roriz (tempranillo), Franca, Nacional--that aren't much seen outside Portugal (except the tempranillo). I don't detect sourness in any meaningful amount, but a pretty big, juicy mouthful of plums (not quite prunes), blackberries, and a little herbality--mint very slightly detected in the background. Worthy of further purchases.
