Wednesday, March 13, 2013 - Wow this is minerally. You can smell and taste it. It smells great with citrusy fruit and mineral overtones. Lots of nectarine and citrus fruit with some earthy mineral and a long saline finish. There is a fair amount of texture for a white and lots of crisp acidity. I like this but I'd be hesitant to open one for anyone who wasn't into acid and minerals.
