Thursday, February 27, 2014 - A private lunch (Restaurant De Burgemeester *, Linschoten, Netherlands): Lovely balance of weight and freshness, firm Pinot Noir core, ripe yellow Chardonnay fruit, the Pinot Meunier adding an attractive touch of spice and a fluffy texture, good length. Drinking very well indeed.
