Saturday, May 31, 2014 - Like a Grand Cru Chablis with bubbles in it! Very impressive depth and breadth on the palate with lemon, white flowers, deeper fruit and butter/brioche cut through with firm minerals. Some peaches starting to show. Long finish. Impressive.
