Wednesday, May 20, 2020 - Thermonuclear fruit bomb to the nth degree. Dark dark blueberry, plum, blackberries. Cinnamon, tobacco, vanilla, bacon fat umami bomb. A touch green.

While well made and enjoyable, stylistically it’s like some Aussie Shiraz that becomes overblown. I’m not shying away from Paso, but this is pushing the limit and I’m a much bigger fan of the newer restrained style of Saxum etc.
