Saturday, May 21, 2022 - dark amber in glass, lifted marmalade, savoury soysauce. Balanced sweetness, silky structure, with streak of citrus pith bitter. More dried fruit, dessicated blood orange, beeswax, gentle and nicely matured. Butterscotch and salted caramel biscuits. sustained finish. Took about 1 week of really open up. Drinking at peak now. yummy!
