Tuesday, November 14, 2023 - Clay rim with a burgundy colour. After a little time notes come out in the nose. Beautiful rose petal and perfume. A flower bouquet very sophisticated finished with a cherry compote. Old world flavours on this 13 year old Isole and it is at its peak, so if you are like me and have a few bottles drink right now. Room is tea leaves and cedar that’s been sitting in a cigar humidor. I mean it…go and get them now!
