Tuesday, August 6, 2013 - This is a happy place Bourgogne for me.. tasting note on day two and it opened lusciously like a big dewy tropical flower kissed with citrus, even with its youth. Seriously creamy lemon nose, wonderfully acidic and minerally, mouthwatering on the palate. On a warm sandy beach at sunset, a faint scent of plumeria on the breeze, on a blanket with my man. That's what this wine is.
