Thursday, October 11, 2018 - Not sure when/where I got it, or how much I paid. Probably not a lot. I know that keeping it upright in a carton in the living room for several years could not have been good for it, or maybe it was! Cork was fine, no sign of bricking, wasn't cooked at all. Just a middling, pleasant wine, still some fruit (cherries?) left in it, with enough acidity and tannins to make it interesting, even without food. A bit of air improved it. No regrets for having opened it, and definitely not going down the drain. Should be good with our red-sauce-based dinner.
