Saturday, July 7, 2012 - Flavor and body improved as it warmed up, reducing the prevalence of acid and allowing the fruit, and minerality to come thru.

Green apples, toast and brioche palate

Finish has a bit of sour green apple on it that gets better as it warms up.

Overall, this is a relatively big wine that I enjoyed.
