Tuesday, March 6, 2018 - Pop and pour. In the glass, pale, slightly cloudy yellow. On the nose, equal parts honeysuckle and toasty oak. On the palate, lemon, orange, and smoke married to a lush, not-quite-viscous texture, with a long finish. While this is completely approachable now, I feel like there may still be several years at this level, and possibly even a bit more positive evolution.
