Tuesday, December 25, 2012 - No notes taken but this was fantastic. Intense and rich yet with great elegance and precision. Cherry and rhubard with some lovely herbal and earthy elements. Good spiciness perfectly balances the rich sappy fruit. Bright and clean with excellent acidity, this is so lively across the palate. Great intensity on the med+ length finish. Elegance, balance, clarity... this has it all. Lovely stuff and bordering on sublime. I'd like a cellar full of this juice!
