Sunday, February 3, 2008 - Opened for one hour prior to drinking. No decanting. Color was thin in appearance and was expecting similar nose and taste, but was very impressed with this wine. Just kept getting better and better over three hours. Cocoa, cinnamon, cherry on the nose and excited the sides of the palate with very long nice finish.
