Saturday, February 24, 2024 - A very delightful Barolo. Surprisingly youthful. Warm balsamic tones dominate with a bit of damp earth. Complex on the nose and palate. A great rich fruit core. In a nice drinking window with no rush. Drank with Peposo over Polenta.

From the TN assistant:
The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are slow. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like mushroom, forest floor and fig. It tastes like dark fruit, fig, and violet. The body is full. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has high acidity.
