Saturday, March 9, 2019 - Three hour decant, the nose is savory, with herbal elements along with a light cherry aspect. The palate is very acidic but not in an overwhelming way, the tannic structure is big enough to balance the acidity out. Light cherry continues from the nose and the herbal flavors become more pronounced. This has room for more aging but with a long enough decant is great do drink now.
