Friday, July 29, 2016 - Burgundy color with a bouquet and flavor of raspberries with underlying Burgundy spiciness. Warm and full, but less expansive than an Aubert, and less angular than a Domaine Serene. Very pleasant with good balance and a fairly long finish. Flowers' wines have become more dumbed down over time, and this is too bad.
Emulating bad Burgundy will make your wines taste like bad Burgundy.
