Saturday, February 13, 2016 - Opened up over the course of 2 days. Rouge claire as a burgundy. Nose of cherries, bergamot and tarragon with a hint of apples and camphor. Cherry cola, grilled meat, garden herbs, baking spices. Finish goes on for a minute or more. Drinking beautifully.
