Saturday, June 10, 2017 - Burgundy color with a bouquet and flavor cherries and raspberries followed by typical Pinot Noir spiciness. The flavors were fairly restrained and the wine was quite tannic on first tasting, with some improvement after airing. I find most Flowers Pinot Noirs to be in a bit of a wine straight jacket, but this may appeal to others.
