Saturday, September 14, 2013 - Pale lemon-green with a watery rim. The wine had aromas of grapefruit, honeysuckle and yellow peaches with secondary notes of chalky limestone and flint. The wine was rather forefrontal on the palate, with flavours pears, chalk and lime cordial that dissipated rather quickly. The finish was short, clean and refreshing.
