Saturday, April 20, 2013 - Did not take a serious note while drinking this, but I was very impressed. Apple blossom and lime. The real stand-out feature is the purity and the line through the palate. There is a depth to the flavours but it's not overdone, just a perfect balance even at such a young age. I'm looking forward to following it's progress over the next 10 years and beyond.
