Friday, December 9, 2016 - The first flushes of young have receded to reveal a wine just starting to develop some aged nuances. Wet slate and petrol on the nose, giving over to generous lychee and grilled lemon flavours on the palate. Acidity is very fine and better integrated than the last bottle I had in 2014. Vanilla bean on the finish completes the picture.
