Thursday, January 12, 2012 - Had with shrimp scampi. Slightly effervescent disappears after 15-20 minutes. Great acidity,mid weight, sweetness deceptive against acidity but balanced so it really tastes mid-sweet. Best matched against some heat beyond garlic.
