Wednesday, March 20, 2019 - Spectacular Riesling - this is the kind of experience I look for with nearly 3 decades of bottle age. This is firing on all cylinders right now with ripe orchard fruit, exotic floral notes, intense minerality, and mature smoky and petrol-like elements all coming together into a seamless whole. There's moderate sweetness - less than many modern Spätlese - matched by bright acids and the finish just goes on and on. Brilliant.
