Tuesday, August 20, 2019 - Dinner with Johnny & Ken (Wildfire Oak Brook): May have been in a somewhat closed down stage. Showed a lot of promise but I wanted more and I felt it wasn't giving what it could.
Plummy, dark charcoal, smokey.
Palate is moderate complex but showing just lots of purple fruit right now. Would love to revisit down the road.
