Monday, September 14, 2015 - Deep clear golden color. A rich & off dry take on Pinot Gris. The residual sugar offsets the acid which is on the low side to begin with, so this is definitely a fruit forward wine. Full bodied & opulent, this shows layers of rich, ripe fruit.

This is powerful & tasty, and doesn't show much finesse or delicacy. That said, I don't believe it sets out to do so. It worked very well with some salmon & risotto. It was also a very good "cocktail" style wine.
