Sunday, November 8, 2009 - Wow, had this at a Wines of South America Food pairing dinner at Classic Thyme in Westfield. It was paired with a Dulce de Leche mousse with Raspberries and went excellently. This was very different and very good. One of my favorite dessert wines I have ever had...Chocolate covered cherries, a hint of spice, sweet goodness without being too heavy and syruppy. If you like a chocolate taste this is for you. Mrs. Coupe is not normally a dessert wine fan, and really liked it as well. Will definitely buy again...
