Saturday, January 23, 2010 - Dark crimson color. Nose was chocolate covered cherry and raspberry, vanilla bean and mocha all the way. More of the same on the palate. The wine is dessert wine sweet but not cloying. This is the perfect pairing for chocolate cake with raspberry filling. A huge hit with everyone.
