My past Hess Collection bottles had failed after about 10 years, and this one is no different -- it's quite good at the moment, but it will probably completely flatten out in the next year or so. Decanted for 30 minutes, tried it, but it hadn't opened up. Improved over the next hour. Tannins are gone.
