92 Points

Friday, September 26, 2008 - Popped and poured. Pure cedar and red currants on the nose with the slightest hint of sweet oak vanilla. Classic Napa mountain Cab. Tannins rough and rustic like you expect from Mt Veeder. Give it 4+ years in the cellar (2102) and it should be in its prime. Plenty of fruit on the nose that should develop with more time in the bottle as the tannins soften. 95+ scores aren't unreasonable.
