Monday, July 1, 2013 - Popped in celebration of the birth of our nephew William; poured into small(er) white wine glasses which were the only thing available to us at our rented apartment in Stockholm. Currenlty, this comes across as youthful, playful...lots of verve. Beautiful mousse. Lithe body...and in a very sexy, nubile sort of way. Bosc pear and wet stones...some lemon zest. Tremendously enjoyable already. It gets the job done effortlessly and I wouldn't hesitate to drink these now...and as often as possible. What a champagne.
