Wednesday, October 31, 2018 - This has been a really good drink over the past year. It has a nice balance of creaminess and yeasty complexity to go with the fine mousse and the bakes orchard fruit. I bought this case at auction and it was grey market then shipped back across country and the corks are a bit wet so it may be more advanced than pristine bottles. Even though I enjoyed the wine, it's probably the last time I buy Champagne that isn't through official channels. You just don't know.
