Friday, June 26, 2020 - Golden yellow, aromas of reduction mustard-wine sauce, lots of sourdough and a little funk and nuttiness, pine nut paste, brown peach. In the mouth rich with slight creaminess, intense and concentrated with a long finish. Really cool intriguing champers after you adjust to it's mindset. Fine bubbles but fade after 20 minutes then drinks like a 15 y.o. white Burgundy. excellent. w/garlic chicken.
