Wednesday, December 2, 2020 - Pale yellow tint with small gentle bubbles. Effusive nose of orange peel, toast, marmalade. Palate offers ripe lemon, bit of toasted almond, green apple, marmalade again with ample acidity to carry the exceptionally juicy flavors. Delicious/perfect with a sheep's milk Gouda (Rispens), at peak about 2 hours after opening. December 2012 disgorgement, most of this note taken from day 2.
