Friday, January 1, 2021 - The last wine of 2020 and the first of 2021, this is fantastic, opening and more expressive on day 2 (in a bouchon stopper to keep the magic in), notes of ripe crisp apple, bakers yeast, crust, and a long finish. Never getting tired of this. 96
