Thursday, January 29, 2015 - Decanted through an aerator 3 hours prior to tasting then consumed over 2 days. Wow, lots of integration over the past 6 months. Day one was richly saturated red to dark fruit, thick but not heavy, mouth coating, loads of minerality, exceptional structure, long finish, everything appears to be coming together nicely. Day two the oak awakened, put a lampshade on its head and tried to spoil the party.
