Sunday, August 13, 2023 - In astounding condition. Yellow gold in colour. Some botyritus and amazing richness. Robust and developed white spice and saffron. Mature and nutty with no signs of undue oxidization whatsoever, just appropriate age and development. Remarkable shape really. Rich, dense, slightly oily. Such a treat that is was this clean. Perfect seal on the cork with an audible pop.
