Sunday, January 1, 2023 - At is years of age the wine's colour is developing with the last of the green hues slowly losing out to lemon yellows. Aromas are of lifted tahitian lime, as well as desirable beeswax and crusty bread notes.
A fuller, richer palate structure with flavours of honey, lemon curd and toast abound. The increase in texture, almost oak-like character, is part of the magic of Hunter Semillon. Excellent acid structure completes an outstanding Hunter Valley Semillon that is at the peak of its power. BWOOD
