Saturday, November 26, 2022 - Pours a medium gold. More restrained and less exuberant than some of the white Hermitage I’ve enjoyed in the past with baked yellow apples, honeysuckle, blanched almonds, dry river rocks, honeycomb, and camomile. There’s a touch of spice and bitterness on the palate, which is concentrated and persistent.
