Sunday, November 27, 2022 - Marzipan, hazelnuts, cold steel, warm apple crumble on the nose. On the palette, the fruit less there, but added ginger, and nice acidity giving a real tingly feeling on the tongue. Some herbaceousness and mild pithy bitterness too. The richness of the nose didn’t translate though.
