Monday, March 8, 2021 - Dark gold color. The nose is honey and floral with a bit of an astringent note. Viscous on the palate, honey, stone fruits. Lush acidity (if that's a thing!) and great balance. Finishes moderately long with lemon and a nutty note. Quite nice, but here's the caveat. This quickly peaked with air (perhaps 10 minutes) but then started a slow decline starting at about 45 minutes. So, don't even think of decanting, just pop and pour. I'd drink over the next year or two.
