Friday, January 9, 2015 - I served this in my wine course. Typical sea shell nose, but with balance between floral and citrus favoring floral more than usual. Mouth is very elegant with more tropical flavors than usual, but a light airy feeling despite plenty of extract. Wine is improving substantially as it warms to about 60F.
