Monday, January 26, 2015 - I had this a few days ago, but remember it having great minerality but also being quite rich and unlike other 2011s I've had (mercifully). In fact, this is the first 2011 I've had from anywhere in Burgundy I've actually enjoyed! Will take proper notes on the next bottle.
