Tuesday, April 16, 2013 - France 2013 - Chablis (Chablis): Tasted at the Domaine. Excellent nose here and it was almost a blend of Vaudesir and Valmur—tart lemon cream with hints of orchard fruits and ripe citrus fruits. More tart lemon cream on the palate with lively acidity. Longest finish amongst these 2011s. Should be great in 3-5 years. Excellent. 91+
