Wednesday, June 2, 2021 - Slo-oxed for 15 minutes that allowed the wine to open, and to warm to 45-50F. Not as satisfying as our previous bottle a bit over two years ago (3/29/19) as it seemed to show more age than that previous bottle.
There were mild aromas of lemon and minerality. It was a golden yellow in the glass, which was evidence of its age. The wine had a medium to plus mouthfeel and showed mostly lemon and mineral, plus some green apple and a touch of spice. The acidity was medium to plus and there was a bit of lemon pith on the finish.
