Sunday, January 17, 2016 - Lovely steely and minerally Chablis. The nose has iodine, crushed oyster shell, sea breeze, lemon zest, and tart green apple. The palate is taut, linear, and driven by crisp minerality and acids. The citrus and apple fruit is there with a nice saline touch. A lovely Chablis that is quite young, but good with food.
