Sunday, January 31, 2016 - PopnPour, tasted over 2 hrs
-translucent med gold
-slight reduction, candied lemon
-searing acidity, sappy minerally salty intensity and lime juice at the core with backend grapefruit bitterness, reasonable length if not a lot of complexity
-all about salt and citrus, drinks well now for its sheer intensity and will likely do very well for 5-10 years as it mellows
