Thursday, October 14, 2021 - Aristocrat's Wine Dinner (Joe & Khem's Place, Mpls): Pale green-gold color. Drank a glass over an hour plus. This is showing more high toned minerality, very steely nose, lemon zest, citrus, stone, and citrus. The palate shows that fuller body and concentration, yet is still steely like the nose, crystalline minerality, lemon, saline, lemon oil texture, and an oyster shell finish. This seemed less nuanced to start, but evolved nicely, though still should have more to offer in the future. 93+ to 94pts.
