Tuesday, November 12, 2019 - Ian's 1995 Dinner (Noize, London): Quite youthful nose, plum, with voluptuous dark fruit, touch of truffle. Medium/full - quite mouthfilling, dark fruit, rich earth, touch of chocolate, soft tannins, quite rich but good, contrasting acidity. Perhaps finishes a touch short, but excellent nonetheless.
