Tuesday, February 14, 2017 - PNP. Cork perfect. Color ruby. Nose has spice earth and cherry. Swishing shows acid and tannin structure and light cherry fruit. Tannins are a little more prominent than acids. Sipping shows nice polish despite the background alcohol and nice persistence. This is a bit more delicate than many Cristom vintages, but I like it just the same
