Saturday, March 4, 2017 - Served with sauteed sea scallops in light lemon/white wine/dill sauce on fettuccine. I think ALLRED described nicely. Would add color darker than pale, nose was evident and open and a delight. The palate was long & elegant. The decisive & balanced acidity made it great with food. Thoroughly enjoyable.
